Production and shipping times

Production usually takes up to four working days, followed by 1–2 working days for shipping.

Track your parcel

After dispatch, you will receive an email with a link for tracking your parcel.

Orders placed on weekends and public holidays enter preparation on the next working day.

    We will email you the instructions for returning your parcel.

    Pack the product carefully and send it using the delivery service specified in our instructions.

    Refund or exchange

    We process the refund within the applicable statutory period or send the replacement product.

Important information

  • The product must be unworn, unused, undamaged, and have its original labels attached.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • The customer pays the direct return cost unless the product is damaged, incorrect, or affected by an error on our side.
